Greetings, loyal readers

This week has been busy, busy, busy, as I attempt to do everything this week that is due next week since I may have jury duty on Monday. Lucky me!

Another practice search and rescue on Saturday. I have an online class and test to take, and then I'll be a qualified Mission Safety Officer. I'm sure you are all very excited.

Karate is going well. I know 8 self defense techniques (including one named "Handsword of Destruction," which just sounds cool) and a kicking set. Granted, I only know one of them well enough to actually use in an emergency, but whatever.

And now for some fun links.

E-Card sites to stay away from. They sell your info or just plain suck.

Old Computers Harm Office Morale. It doesn't appear the study did any work to identify any other causes. For instance, if most old computers belong to admin assistants and women, is it possible the high sick call rate has to do with their job or gender as opposed to the computer they're using? I am certainly not trying to imply that women go to work less, just that it seems unfair to blame it all on the computers.

Masterfoods USA Recalls M&M’S® Menorah for Fire Hazard. Apparently, they melt in more places than just your mouth.

Google Trends. I have no idea what use this might provide, but it killed a few seconds of time, and they have graphs.

That's all, folks!
