Greetings Blog Readers. It is April, which I'm sure you're very excited about.

You'll be happy to know that my crawlspace is currently dry and that my ductwork has been replaced. I now have heat or AC, depending on the weather outside, which is being wacky of late. It is 36 outside right now with some light rain. Starbuck and I do not like the cold!
