busy busy busy day

Why, yes, that is a nice house, isn't it? I certainly like it. Which is why I'll be closing on it on August 23!!!

My Dad and I saw it yesterday. It meets all the criteria I had on my list, and I got a "warm fuzzy" feeling in it, so I made an offer.

To make it even better, when the bank locked in my rate today, it was 1/8th of a percent lower than what we'd discussed.

Somewhere in there, I got promoted to Major in CAP. Oh, and tonight I passed my yellow belt test in Karate. Good thing I'm exhausted, or I'd be too happy to do anything other than spin around in my chair making high pitched noises. :)
